That is WHAT I DO

But there was resistance in your mind saying...

That is just who I am

I cannot change

There is no way I can change that

But that is not true.

The truth is, you body is running on system that repeats what is familiar and what it is used to feeling and doing.

So when it comes to change, you body will protect its current familiar start and your mind will explain it to you as "you cannot change, this is who we are".

But you can change...

Not by Force

Not through Motivation

Not by Knowledge

But through awareness.

How do I change without Force, Motivation or more Knowledge.

The truth is...

Your thoughts do not change your life. If they did, you would already have the life that you want...

Forcing yourself is going against the very system that is protecting you.

Motivation fades over time.

You have the knowledge... You already know what to do, but you just don't do it.

That is where the disconnect is....

This is about training the system differently to upgrade your internal software.

Think of it like computer.

Every open task that you do not finish is like an open tab on your browser that is draining your battery, taking up memory and a constant distraction. Over time, it will take a toll on your body and mind and then things start running slower and kill your battery.

The your mind doesn't want to look at it any more and it is just there. You say you are going to close that tab but you never do, instead you open another and then another one.

With this system, you learn to close those tabs with no thought. You conserve your minds browser and complete each tab. You system now runs on the same system, just faster and less congestion.
