With new awareness, you begin to disrupt the loops that used to feel automatic. You practice micro-shifts in real moments so your system learns that a new outcome is possible and safe.

PHASE 4 • THE INTEGRATION

Build self-command, not self-attack.

You practice new identity-level choices until they become your default. Self-command replaces self-attack, and your calendar, relationships, and nervous system all begin to reflect the updated architecture.
